The Pearl so far is an okay book. It's not really my type of book I would typically read but it is still an okay book to read. I know we have to read it and I find it interesting to read about. I don't usually like old books about the Indians and pilgrims and other people but The Pearl isn't that bad. I wondering though what's the big secret about the Pearl. Why is it so big? Is the doctor going to take it? What's going to happen to Coyotito? I have lots of questions for The Pearl! I would like to see more action though because right now the book is kind of boring. We need like a twist in the book or a big secret to open up. Then, The Pearl won’t be as boring. Although, Chapter 3 was a exciting chapter so maybe there is going to be a twist. Also, it seems like the book is getting more exciting so it probably will!
